SCHOOL LEAVER EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT (SLES)
Individualised Support Plans
Our team of specialised educators provides capacity building services by working with each student to develop an individualised strength-based support plan tailored to their unique needs and learning style, which is essential for our school leaver programs and specialist employment support.
Multisensory Instruction
We utilize a multisensory approach to instruction that engages students in a variety of ways, including visual, auditory, kinesthetic, and tactile learning, which is essential for effective capacity building services. Our methods also support school leaver programs and provide specialist employment support, ensuring that all learners can thrive.
Assistive Technology
We incorporate the latest assistive technology within our capacity building services to support our participants in school leaver programs, helping them achieve academic success and independence through specialist employment support.
Positive Behavior Supports

Weekly Timetables
We provide our participants and their immediate carers with weekly time-tables detailing the activities they will be engaging in with their educators. This includes breaks, engaging activities, and offerings from our capacity building services, as well as information on our school leaver programs and specialist employment support.

We offer capacity building services to support our participants in developing the skills and knowledge they need to successfully transition to the next phase of their lives, whether that be through school leaver programs, specialist employment support, college, career, or independent living.
